Application: There are so many beautiful expressions of love in our world. When a man dedicates his life to his wife, when a sister shares her meal with her brother, when a dog stays by his owners side at all times.
Love is something we can often take for granted but we must always keep working towards it. Why? Because it is the ultimate expression of God.
Love is when heaven and earth collide. Love is when we see into the eyes of Christ.
The Bible is filled with stories of God’s great love and full of psalms that sing of it. If it’s so important to Him, may it consume our every waking hour.
Prayer: Lord, love sounds nice but when it comes time to put it into action it can be quite challenging. May I lead with love in my day today. Amen.
